The truck with the truck turned up dressed in neat and clean uniforms and courteously spoke to us. They knew all about the job they were expected to work on from talking to them. Everything was spot on. I would love to book them again.

Found the whole service good. I had a couple of queries & found the chat line quick, friendly, and answered all my questions. Then easy to set up the job and use it. I would recommend using them! I hope I don't move again soon, but if I do, I will hire them!

Pinnacle Van Lines is a great idea -- uplift on the scheduled date; however a bit of a delay in delivery at the other end. However, they kept us informed, and the eventual delivery accommodated my daughter's timetable. We are pleased we used Pinnacle Van Lines, a great service provided at a really good price.

This has been the worst experience moving. The company tries to sweet talk you, stating they have the best reviews and the cost is really good. It has been a month and I have not received my belongings and they dont have an ETA. Here all the issues: *The company did not call me to do a final check. I had to call them to verify everything. *When the movers came, they caused damaged to the building and tried to blame me. The situation became uncomfortable. I was billed for the damaged, but they did state the would take it out of the final bill. *I was quoted $2500 but after the movers came they added an additional $750 (this is without the tip). I even had furniture that was originally quoted not moved. *When it was time to to pay the half, I was told that there is a 3% credit card fee, but the fee was for the whole $3200. I was only charging $1200. I had to argue with the guy and told him to get his boss. Finally his boss confirmed, the fee was only for the $1200 *So I reach out to Pinnacle multiple times to state my issues and they don't follow up. They didnt even follow up to see how the move went. *so now, every week I am told that my stuff is being loaded on the semi, and when I follow up, I am told it didn't make it on. I have know idea when I will get my belongings. bottom line.....I would just rent a U-Haul and hire movers to load the truck and drive yourself. This company is terrible.

The guys were a few minutes early, incredibly fast, and efficient. My move went without any hitch, and the made me so easy and smooth. I will recommend them to everyone in a heart-beat!

I have used Pinnacle Van Lines twice now, and both times I felt I got a fair price and excellent service. My goods were collected and delivered on time, and I received phone calls informing me of what was happening. If I ever move again in the future, they would be my first choice. I have already recommended them to others who are looking for good movers!

The driver was slightly delayed from the agreed time slot, but otherwise, the driver was friendly, helpful, and funny! My items were delivered promptly, and generally, positive feedback from me!
